Blueberry sorbet

Blueberries, blueberriiiiies! Is there anyone who does not like them in cakes and desserts, for lunch or dinner … Since it is getting quite hot outside and I still like desserts in the summer, I decided to prepare a simple sorbet for every occasion (even breakfast) ♥ Blueberry sorbet is sour because of blueberries, sweet because of honey and refreshing because of mint − basically everything a sorbet needs to be.

Le kdo jih ne mara v torticah in sladicah, za kosilo ali večerjo … Ker je zunaj že precej vroče in ker imam seveda tudi poleti rada sladice, sem se odločila, da pripravim enostaven sorbet za vsako priložnost (tudi zajtrk)  ♥  Borovničev sorbet je zaradi borovnic kiselkast, zaradi medu sladek in zaradi mete osvežilen − torej vse, kar sorbet mora biti.

Besides a blender we need only four ingredients:

           three cups of frozen blueberries    five mint leaves    two big tbsp honey                    

   3/4 cup water

Blend all the ingredients for a few minutes. If the mixture is hard to blend, you can add more water. In principle, the sorbet could be eaten right away, but it melts really fast. This is why I put it into freezer for about half an hour.

Poleg mešalnik potrebujemo samo štiri sestavine:

trije lončki zmrznjenih borovnic    pet listkov mete (po želji več)     dve veliki žlici medu     3/4 lončka vode

Vse sestavine skupaj z mešalnikom mešamo nekaj minut. Če se miksa bolj težko, lahko dodamo še malo vode. Načeloma bi sorbet lahko jedli že takoj, vendar se zelo zelo hitro topi, zato sem ga dala v zmrzovalnik za približno pol ure.

Serve the sorbet into cups and garnish with a few mint leaves. Bon appétit! :)

Nato sorbet serviramo v lončke in okrasimo z nekaj listki mete. Dober tek! :)
