The Body Shop – Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder

Lots of foreign bloggers seem to be enthusiastic about The Body Shop honey bronzers. Their matte texture allows us to contour the whole face and achieve as natural look as possible. There are four shades, mine is the third in the row and is called medium matte.

Veliko tujih blogerk je navdušenih nad The Body Shop bronzerji z medenimi odtenki. Ker imajo mat teksturo, lahko z njimi senčimo celoten obraz in dosežemo kar se da naraven videz. Dobimo ga lahko v štirih različnih odtenkih, moj pa pa je tretji po vrsti in se imenuje medium matte. 

It was really hard to wait to take pictures first; only after that I tried it on my skin for the first time :) An essential information: all the shades (except for the last one) are quite light and although I have the third one, it is still quite light for me. Nonetheless, it delicately accentuates my cheek bones and other parts that would be otherwise sun-kissed. It will definitely be more visible in colder months.

Komaj sem počakala, da sem ga najprej poslikala in šele potem prvič poskusila na svoji koži! :) Pomemben podatek: vsi odtenki razen zadnjega so izjemno svetli in čeprav uporabljam tretjega, je zame še vedno precej svetel. Nežno poudari ličnice in ostale predele, ki bi jih obsijalo sonce. Sicer pa bo v hladnejših mesecih prišel bolj do izraza kot poleti.

This beautiful shade is not the only aspect I am passionate about, the texture of the bronzer is also interesting. It really is in accordance with its name, since it is designed as honeycombs and if you watch carefully, you can see that all the cells are actually convex! A real optical illusion, I say. Luckily, the bronzer is very real indeed ;)

Poleg res lepega odtenka sem verjetno najbolj navdušena nad teksturo samega bronzerja. Zelo je skladen z imenom, saj je oblikovan kot čebelje satovje, in če dobro pogledamo, so vse celice izbočene! Prava optična iluzija, vam pravim. Bronzer pa je na srečo vendarle resničen ;)
