Waaa, strawberry season is here! As soon as I saw a whole crate of strawberries at home I knew it was going to be a good day. I prepared a strawberry smoothie which resembles a dessert, but I nevertheless had it for dinner (I drank almost two glasses!).
Aaa, sezona jagod je že tukaj! Takoj ko sem doma videla cel zabojček jagod, sem vedela, da bo dober dan. Pripravila sem super jagodni smoothie, ki je sicer bolj podoben sladici, vendar sem ga imela kar za večerjo (sem spila skoraj dva kozarca!).
For 2‒3 people we’ll need:
- one banana
- two cups strawberries
- three tbsp coconut flour
- two tbsp cream
- 1 1/2 cups water
We blend all ingredients and pour into glasses. I garnished the smoothie with a little bit of coconut flour and pieces of strawberry. Bon appétit! :)
Za 2‒3 osebe potrebujemo:
- eno banano
- dva lončka jagod
- tri žlice kokosove moke
- dve žlici sladke smetane
- 1 1/2 lončka vode
Vse dobro zmešamo z mešalnikom in prelijemo v kozarce. Jaz sem smoothie okrasila s še malo kokosove moke in koščki jagod. Dober tek! :)
