Gluten-free brownies

You may have noticed by now that I never use wheat flour. The reason lies in my allergy to wheat ♥ Although I have a bit more restricted diet because of that, it doesn’t stop me from creating divine desserts, such as (PAST TENSE) these chocolate brownies. Only three pieces survived until the morning. It wasn’t until then that I’ve realised the brownies are even better the next day! Well, when these small eyes notice something so tasty it’s really hard to stop. The recipe is really simple and very economical from the perspective of dirty dishes. Let’s go! :)

Do zdaj ste verjetno že opazili, da pšenične moke nikoli ne uporabljam. Razlog se skriva v alergiji na pšenico ♥ Čeprav imam zaradi tega malo omejen način prehranjevanja, me to ne ustavi pri ustvarjanju božanskih sladic, kot so bili (PRETEKLIK) tile čokoladni browniji. Do naslednjega jutra so preživeli le trije koščki in šele takrat sem ugotovila, da so dan kasneje še bolj okusni! Ah, ko te majcene oči vidijo nekaj tako dobrega, se je res težko ustaviti. Recept je res izjemno enostaven, poleg tega pa je vsaj z vidika umazane posode zelo ekonomičen. Pa pojdimo! :)

We’ll need:

225 dark chocolate    200 g butter    2 tsp cinnamon    3 eggs    2 tbsp honey    

 50 g ground almonds    100 g chopped walnuts

Melt chocolate and butter together using the water bath method. Then mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl. When the chocolate and butter mixture cools down a bit, pour over the ingredients in the bowl. Take a fork, mix everything together thoroughly and pour into a baking tray (24 cm), covered with parchment paper. Put in oven on 170 ºC for 30 minutes (or a few minutes longer if you think it’s not ready yet). Leave the brownies to cool a bit and serve.

Potrebujemo:

225 g temne čokolade  ♥  200 g masla    2 žlički cimeta    3 jajca   2 žlici medu            

  50 g mletih mandljev    100 g nasekljanih orehov

Maslo in čokolado skupaj stopimo v parni kopeli. Nato v posodo stresemo preostale sestavine. Ko se mešanica čokolade in masla malenkost ohladiti, jo zlijemo v posodo. Z vilicami vse dobro zmešamo in prelijemo v pekač (dolžina 24 cm), prekrit s peki papirjem. Brownije pečemo 30 minut v pečici, ogreti na 170 ºC (kakšno minuto več, če se vam zdi, da še ni pečeno). Počakamo, da se malo ohladijo, in postrežemo.

They are incredible, so chocolatey … and they’re made so quickly! For a more “healthy” version of brownies, chocolate can be replaced with (raw) cacao. You can add dried fruits or any other kind of nuts as well. Plus, they make a wonderful gift for dessert lovers! I know I’d be happy to receive such a present myself ;) Bon appétit!

Izjemno okusni so, tako čokoladasti …. in tako hitro so pripravljeni! Za bolj “zdrave” brownije lahko čokolado zamenjamo s (presnim) kakavom. Dodamo lahko tudi suho sadje ali kakšno drugo vrsto oreščkov. Poleg tega so lahko odlično darilo za ljubitelje sladic! Vem, da bi jaz z veseljem prejela takšno pozornost ;) Dober tek!

    Omg, vse so se mi sline pocedile :)) To bom pa definitivno preizkusila v kratkem, res enostaven recept :)
